Tinsel Town is a national American Diner style chain, serving premium milkshakes and handmade beef burgers. Using Tinsel Town’s take on modern celebrity culture as our inspiration, we created a site that is easy to navigate whilst placing the food centre stage as the real star.

SSP are global food travel experts with a wide portfolio of brands, including Upper Crust, Pumpkin and Caffè Ritazza. Our relationship began in 2003 when we were asked to build an identity for a chain of new bagel restaurants – Ixxy’s Bagels. Over the coming years we helped them position their wide portfolio, develop strong customer journey trails and powerful, engaging brands. Highlights include development of the Pasty Shop brand and stores, pioneering of the famous Bite Card, launch of bean-to-cup coffee across the Burger King estate and the first ever newspaper advertising campaign for Upper Crust.

With our experience in signage, we know that the same creative cannot just be replicated and printed for windows, a-boards etc. The team created signage with the situation in mind, all creative is tailored to its environment and a structured thought process on how effective it will be in situ.
Grab a seat was our first promotion with Chilango. This promotion compromised of giving Chilango the correct direction for creative materials and promotional events. The loyalty card scheme was successful with Chilango fans and the use of the hashtag #CLWGrabaseat made sure brand awareness was growing.
The Chilango London Wall Grab a Seat promotion went down a storm with the public and the promotion was flooded with Twitter selfies. With a strong marketing strategy followed with a team of promotional staff at the ready, we can made sure the promotion was memorable and exciting.
Chill for Summer was a chance to make Chilango the fresh, vibrant and go-to place for summer salads, an opportunity to make existing meals a new favourite. With both meals being salads, the creative had to be clear, precise and eye-catching; this then followed on all other promotional summer creative.
Chocolate Ltd worked nationwide with both Cafe Zest and House of Fraser Restaurant, it has been an exciting on going client for Chocolate Ltd. Work so far includes, POS, In-store signage, wayfinding which helped and assisted the customer journey in store, table communications and a fully comprehensive menu re-brand.
Chocolate Ltd started to work with Discovery Networks in 2006, we soon became their main design resource; producing targeted direct mail, through the line advertising campaigns, online promotional work, and interactive games. Following the success of these campaigns we were subsequently commissioned to redesign and distribute the monthly listings magazine - “Highlights”. The magazine not only reflected Discovery Networks commitment to making the highest quality documentaries, but also won us much industry acclaim.
Chocolate provided a complete branding and marketing package from the start with Inito which was account managed throughout. As part of the branding, Chocolate Ltd developed an innovative website, creative in-store design and signage, launched social media efforts, PR, designed employee uniforms and menus.

Social media signage was created to bring consumer and media involvement whist at the restaurant, which was in turn, used as a social media tactic.
A complete rebrand was needed for what used to be a tired Corn Exchange. Chocolate Ltd developed a brand identity which included unit hoardings, press advertising, sales presentations and events literature.
With our huge experience in high street retail, Chocolate Ltd was the perfect choice to help bring to market a brand new food offering at the famous Centre MK in 2007. Work included development of a ‘brand within a brand’ – destination dining, creative concepts for huge 20m x 30m banners to hide works until completion and all marketing packs/videos/digital to aid promotion. Following this strong performance, Chocolate were asked to oversee the eventual let of dining space to the trade, followed by local advertising in press and execution of the customer journey trail to consumers. All units were let before completion, cementing our reputation as a retail specialist.

The B2B marketing suite for Ikea SCR involved trade brochures, leaflets, interactive flash presentations and a website.
We were approached by the British luxury goods brand Alfred Dunhill in 2001. Chocolate Ltd produced creative support for their London inspired range of fine jewellery and accessories, culminating in an international trade show in Geneva. Using Alfred Dunhill’s pioneering spirit rooted in beautiful craftsmanship as our inspiration, we produced collateral covering the initial identity, sales packs, interactive digital promotions and online activity. Our designs were sleek and modern whilst conveying understated luxury.
