The rebrand of this unusual Kings Cross based hotel group enabled us to consolidate and bring consistency to a number of boutique offers including 3 hotels, a restaurant and a wonderfully eclectic underground bar and events space. Development of a bespoke software package for registrations helped save the business over £20,000pa.
Our brochure to market the 13,000sq ft restaurant space at The Leadenhall Building won much acclaim and the space was successfully let. Our brochures for the retail units under the building led to 3 speedy tenancies. Our creative campaign, inclusive of film, brochure, presentations and website that led to the sale of this outstanding building for £1.14b.
We pitched an won the Broadgate business in 2016. Years of outstanding creative for everything from consumer facing activations to branded literature and point of sale culminated in the launch of the award-winning Winter Forest campaign. The animated film and digital work alone saw a 1000% uplift in hits to the website and profitability hit new heights.
We assisted in the growth of Coco Di Mama from 3 to 12 stores before their sale to Azzuri Group. We built all brand communications including web, digital, print and revolutionised their communications. We even designed three of their stores/
With our connections to retail in mind we were invited to work with Princes Trust to produce promotional marketing connecting big companies to young individuals seeking to further their careers in the sector. The final digital piece was well received by both client and their partners alike.
We helped Vital Ingredient to grow from 8 to 20 stores in just 3 years. We provided them with everything they needed to successfully drive sales and loyalty from their strong London customer base. Hugely successful launch campaigns saw hungry customers carry hundreds of empty salad boxes into the restaurants for filling.
As a part of our work with Birley’s Sandwiches we developed a lead generation campaign to encourage more users of their food delivery service. The single campaign saw a 400% rise in sales and data capture alike.
Our work with Dairy Crest saw us deliver a revitalised messaging and brand platform for their Business to Business arm. The positioning work culminated in the design a production of a comprehensive sales pack and brochure which realised a sales increase of over 20% year-on-year.
Produced all branding, website, email marketing, press advertising, trade advertising and communications and a £250k external signage scheme, working directly with Wakefield Council, to improve customer journey and local awareness. Our work culminated in the successful sale of the centre within 3 years.
Working closely with English Heritage and the centre management team we developed a new brand identity which included hoardings, press advertising, sales presentations and events. The project culminated in the design and installation of a brand-new signage scheme around the building as part of a £1.5m improvement package.
We grew La Tasca from 50 to 83 stores in two years. We became their sole design and marketing facility and managed everything from menus to brand manuals, digital campaigns to store launch events. One data capture campaign increased ‘opt ins’ from 9,000 to 116,000 over a two-month period.
We developed the creative platform which launched IKEA Shopping Centres Russia. With plans to open some of the largest centres in the world success saw dozens of western brands take tenancy. Our styling is still being used today.
We were engaged by Côte to build strategy and marketing tools to build consumer awareness for the fledgling brand as a result of under-performing stores. We left them with revolutionised sales and a local marketing initiative to enable them to grow one of the countries most successful restaurant chains.
Helped bring to market a brand-new food offering at the famous Centre MK. Work included development of a new sub brand – ‘destination dining’. We produced creative concepts, marketing packs/videos/digital which led to full tenancy of the dining space before completion.
We launched the monthly listings magazine ‘Highlights’ which won us much industry acclaim. Chocolate Ltd handled monthly releases including design, print and distribution amongst hundreds of other projects as their key agency.
We engaged with SSP to help them increase sales through a better understanding of their audience and repositioning their wide portfolio of brands. We developed strong customer journey trails and a series of brands including The Pasty Shop, Delice de France and a revised Upper Crust. In 2003 we were adding value to 18 of their 25-brand estate.
Chocolate Ltd generated all creative collateral for the ‘London’ inspired range of fine jewellery and accessories inclusive of branding, interactive digital portfolios, brochure and photographic work. The work culminated in their most successful international trade show in Switzerland.
It’s a little-known fact that we launched Starbucks in the UK, producing all the creative for the first ever ‘Frappuccino’ campaign.
