British Land Values
British Land approached us for ideas to bring their internal brand values to their staff in clever and memorable ways to help solidify their role in everyday working life at the company. We developed a set of quirky figures, with diverse personalities, to represent staff. Then set about creating stories and scenarios where the characters acted out visual metaphors, each relating back to the values.
The office environment was a place where staff would view the messages every day, so we set about finding interesting, playful and often surprising places where we could apply graphics with minimal fuss. The resulting campaign manifested as vinyls, applied to office walls, inside cupboards and around pillars, in a 4 hour slot whilst the entire company was out at a training session to launch the values. A clever and bold way to embed company values into working culture which was met with rave reviews from staff.
