We designed a Kooky campaign for a Kooky product. Aimed at young professionals with a taste for style, great customer service and hungry for Central London cool without the price tag. Kooky are a build to rent brand, with locations surrounding London and its suburbs, that delivers on it’s interiors and our promise ‘Rent in Style’.

To attract a style-savvy audience we created a set of quirky characters who helped us to illustrate the brand benefits with a bold and tongue-in-cheek point of difference. Set within a slick, premium brand palette with bold, curvy fonts, geometric patterns and circular apertures – reflecting the ‘OO’ from the brand name – holding our characters and running across all communications. The resulting brand oozes personality and character aiding recall and stand out from the competition.
