The Leadenhall Building
We were instructed by British Land to produce the sales and marketing materials to aid the sale of the world famous Leadenhall Building in London. Based on audience and prospect data we created a series of concepts that would best connect and communicate the opportunity for purchasers.
The concept we moved forward with demonstrated how unique the building was. Much like a work of art, it’s not often you get the opportunity to purchase an iconic piece of the London skyline. In only two months, we created an invitation to view, a film, secure website, brochure in the style of a luxurious coffee table ‘art’ book, limited edition prints from Graham Stirk’s original sketches, and a host of other sales materials.
No detail was overlooked; 250 of the coffee table books had hand painted covers – unique works of art in their own right. The work led to a fast and successful sale of The Leadenhall Building for £1.15 billion. Evidencing the power of targeted and intelligent design.
