We worked with Meadowhall, a top 5 UK shopping destination, on a number of B2B initiatives to increase awareness and attract new and improved tenants to their mix of retail. On one such piece we were briefed by the team to bear in mind that our audience, predominantly C Suite and property managers, were bombarded with materials and they needed something that would cut through and stand out amongst the crowd. After research and comparison, we found that their statistics, the numbers, spoke ‘Louder than Words’.
We designed them a large format brochure, which used design cues from their recent £60M makeover, which was high on stunning photography, high impact typography and bold visual metaphors but used only 250 words – which we think is a first for these kind of communications. Simple, easy to read and mindful of an audience who embraced it with open arms.
