An extraordinary new way to rent was deserving of an extraordinary creative campaign. Lendlease’s BTR offer, first launched at London’s Elephant Park, gives residents the opportunity to choose levels of service whilst customising the home they rent, creating the ultimate backdrop to life.
With the specific intention to ‘turn heads’ and generate interest, the creative campaign focuses on people, typical of the desired target audience, becoming enveloped by bold, colourful and wonderful backgrounds. A visual metaphor that enables us to unpack the benefits of choosing the leader in build to rent.
The first two properties on the market to utilise the campaign, Park Central East and Park Central West, were 95% let in the first year of business.
