Eurofund purchased Silverburn, a 1.5Msq ft shopping centre just south of Glasgow, in 2022. Chocolate Ltd were approached to deliver a new brand, creative campaign, website and complete signage package to replace the previous owner’s graphics within a 2 month time slot. We used existing research to identify our audience and, with reference to the centre’s architecture, developed a set of graphic and pattern elements, unique to the centre, to run as a background through all communications.
Our core campaign line, ‘Shine at Silverburn’, is both relevant to the name and place. It works as an emotive call to action to its guests and as an opportunity to trade to potential tenants. It lends itself well to all seasonal activity and is as memorable as it is bold.
