St Pancras Hotels Group
This collection of hidden gems in the heart of London’s King’s Cross, including boutique hotels, bars and restaurants, was struggling with awareness and bookings. We ran workshops and research groups to identify their audience then created a mother brand, St Pancras Hotels Group, to consolidate the offer and give choice to their customers. The brand takes its design from the clock face on St Pancras Station and the colours from the underground lines the station connects.
We created a portal style website which housed several microsites housing each offer, each with its own booking system but seamlessly connected through one single story. Over 2 years we ran a series of marketing campaigns, launch events and street marketing targeting local businesses, tourist agencies and commuters, growing contact and mailing lists and raising awareness. We identified cost savings, opportunities and developed bespoke software for the group which saved both time and money. The results were increased bookings and a significantly streamlined business.
