Worship Square
How we started a conversation that led to a fully let commercial building.

The Problem:
Worship Square is a brand new, state-of-the-art 140,000 sq ft office building in London’s Shoreditch. Pre-completion the client and developer, HB Reavis, approached us with a brand and a problem… the brand was great, but the communications were not landing with their audience whilst hunting for tenants.
The Story:
So we met, arranged site visits, analysed previous comms, brainstormed ideas and began creating. We know their audience well, so we developed a story that would resonate with them based around sustainability, integrated technology, flight to quality, space and individuality.
Then we produced a number of deliverables that allowed the client to tell their story at various touch points along the sales journey. Each one alive with wit, charm and the warmth of engaging storytelling.
The Result:
Amongst a number of outputs were two outstanding pieces: The first a printed newsletter, introducing place, amenities, environment and build, that reflected their sustainability story – printed on 100% recycled stock, with a seed impregnated page and instructions to fold the piece into a plant pot making a completely recycled, desktop garden (just add soil and water).
Then a film, which won much industry acclaim, written, directed and edited by our in-house team, which the tech client who has now rented the entire building informed our client ‘was the reason why we began a conversation with you in the first instance’. More proof that our clever ideas spark conversations that lead to commercial success.
